Further to our reply to the Exchange's query on Articled entitled: "Telekom faces Winding Up Petition from Profitera" on 9 April 2002, we wish to inform the Exchange that the High Court has, on 6 May 2002, adjourned TM's application for Erinford Injunction for further hearing on 17 June 2002.

In the interim, the High Court has extended the temporary Erinford Injuction to the hearing date. As such, Profitera Sdn Bhd is thus prevented from presenting a Winding Up Petition before the disposal of the above application by the High Court.
