With reference to the announcement dated 3 May 2002, Arab-Malaysian Merchant Bank Berhad on behalf of the Board of Directors of TM is pleased to announce that the Foreign Investment Committee (“FIC”) has vide its letter dated 20 May 2002 approved the revisions to the listing proposals of VADS. With the FIC approval, VADS has secured all the necessary approvals for the Proposed Listing.
