“We are committed to delivering a state-of-the-art 3G network while it is financially prudent for the Malaysian economy with a wholesale commercial framework supported by a rich portfolio of mobile multimedia services, contents and applications which will serve as a catalyst for the development of the local ICT industry,” he added.
