In 1994, YB Datuk was appointed as a Financial Controller by Usahasama Proton-DRB Sdn Bhd. Currently, YB Datuk is a Director of United Malayan Land Berhad. YB Datuk is also active in politics, being an EXCO Member of the UMNO Youth since 1996. Currently, he is Chairman of Barisan Nasional for Pulai, Johor and a Member of Parliament for Pulai Constituency, Johor.
