Celcom is in receipt of a letter dated 24 August 2004 from the Secretariat of the ICC International Court of Arbitration wherein the Secretariat noted that DeTe has by a letter dated 20 August 2004 now quantified its claim against Celcom in the above proceedings pursuant to an earlier request by the Arbitral Tribunal. DeTe has now quantified its principal claim as RM673,525,715.75 (amounting after currency conversion to USD177,243,609.41).

The Tribunal has also directed the parties to file their final written submissions by 8 November 2004. The Tribunal has also directed that parties present their oral submissions before the Tribunal in London on 7 and 8 January 2005.
