    Telekom Malaysia Berhad's (TM) announcements on 15 June 2004 and 27 August 2004 in respect of the above matter refers.

    We are pleased to announce that the Agreements between TRI, a subsidiary of TM, and ISL in respect of Sheba have been successfully completed today. As a result thereof and upon receipt by TRI of a cashiers order in the total sum of USD24,960,799.99, TRI’s entire shareholding in Sheba has been transferred to ISL and/or its nominees. Consequently, Sheba has ceased to be a subsidiary of TRI.
