Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcements dated 5, 7 and 21 January 2011 on the above matter.
We wish to announce that the High Court has today allowed TM’s application to set aside the Judgment in Default entered by AINB Tech (M) Sdn Bhd ("AINB") against TM on 2 December 2010 with cost. The High Court has also fixed 16 March 2011 as the date for Case Management of the legal suit by AINB. TM will make further announcement on any material development on this matter from time to time. |
