Subject MEMBERS’ VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP OF TELEKOM INFOTECH SDN BHD

We refer to our announcement dated 14 November 2005 [Reference No TM-051114-4B548] in relation to Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of Telekom Infotech Sdn Bhd (“TM Infotech”). We wish to announce that the General Meeting for the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of TM Infotech was duly held on 20 September 2006.


Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965, TM Infotech would be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months after the lodgement of Form 69 i.e. Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting, with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver. The Form 69 of TM Infotech was filed on 22 September 2006. As such, TM Infotech would be dissolved effective from 21 December 2006.
