The Board of Directors of TM wishes to announce that TM will be seeking its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of the Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened on a date to be announced later.
TM will despatch a circular setting out the details of the Proposal to its shareholders in due course. This announcement is dated 25 February 2011. |
