    On behalf of Telekom, Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad is pleased to announce that the Company has received the approval of Malayan Banking Berhad, the sole lender to TM Cellular, for the Proposed Disposal.

    The approvals of the lenders of Telekom are not required for the Proposed Disposal and MGO.
