We would like to confirm the report. However, we wish to clarify that TM’s involvement in the consortium with Masons Intertrade of Tanzania (“Masons”) is to provide technical, marketing and management expertise on contractual basis, subject to a successful bid for a stake in MTL by Masons. TM does not have any equity interest in the consortium.
