Telekom Malaysia Berhad's (“TM”) announcement on 22 February 2011 in respect of the Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) dated 22 February 2011 between Celcom Axiata Berhad (“Celcom”) and TM refers.
TM wishes to announce that TM and Celcom today entered into a Supplemental Agreement to the Memorandum of Understanding to extend the date to finalise and execute the Definitive Agreements on or before 31 May 2011 or such other date as may be mutually agreed in writing by the Parties. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in or subsisting in the MoU shall remain in full force and effect. This announcement is dated 21 April 2011. |
