We refer to the announcement dated 27 March 2014 in relation to the Proposed Investment (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcement. On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that TM has today submitted the detailed business plan in relation to the requisite spectrum, to the MCMC for its approval. The MCMC’s approval of the detailed business plan is part of the Conditions pursuant to the Proposed Investment. This announcement is dated 23 May 2014. |
