We refer to the announcements dated 27 March 2014 and 23 May 2014 in relation to the Proposed Investment (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the parties to the Investment Agreement have mutually agreed to extend the Longstop Datefrom 31 July 2014 to 30 September 2014. Save for the above, all other terms of the Investment Agreement remain unchanged.
