On 27 August 2014, the Board of Directors of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) had declared a single tier interim dividend of RM0.095 per ordinary share of RM0.70 each in TM (“Share”) in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2014 (“Interim Dividend”). The Interim Dividend is applicable for TM’s DRS, which was approved by shareholders of TM at TM’s Extraordinary General Meeting held on 8 May 2014.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing of and quotation for the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Interim Dividend has been submitted today.
