Further to Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (“TM”) announcement dated 25 April 2006, on the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Celcom Academy Sdn Bhd (Company No. 240866-K) (“CA”) held through Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad, TM wishes to announce that the General Meeting for the members’ voluntary winding-up of CA was duly held on 26 February 2007.

Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965, CA would be dissolved with effect from 26 May 2007.
