On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, we wish to announce that TM proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the following at an extraordinary general meeting to be convened on a date to be announced later:


(a) proposed new shareholders’ mandate for TM and/or its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and

(b) proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of TM

(collectively referred to as the “Proposals”).

TM will despatch a circular setting out the details of the Proposals to its shareholders in due course.
