TM wishes to announce that the Federal Court has today dismissed with cost Inmiss’ application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the Orders of the Court of Appeal dated 24 July 2006.

As background information, the Court of Appeal has on 24 July 2006 allowed the appeal of Mobikom against the High Court’s decision of 10 August 2006 in dismissing Mobikom’s application for inter alia, an injunction to restrain Inmiss from presenting a Winding-up petition, pending the disposal of Mobikom’s application to set aside the Arbitration Award made in favour of Inmiss, dated 31 March 2005.
