Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad (“Celcom”), has yesterday filed a notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal against the whole of the Learned Judge of the High Court’s decision dismissing Celcom’s appeal on the application to strike out the claim by MCAT (Gen) Sdn Bhd (“MCAT”) against Celcom. TM will make announcements from time to time in respect of any material developments in this matter. This announcement is dated 26 February 2008. |
