Further to Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (“TM”) announcement dated 2 August 2006, on the commencement of members’ voluntary winding-up of its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Freemantle Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd (Company No. 203936-A) (“Freemantle”) held through Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad, TM wishes to announce that the General Meeting for the members’ voluntary winding-up of Freemantle was duly held on 3 May 2007.

As background information, Freemantle was an investment holding company and had ceased operations since 2003.

Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965, Freemantle would be dissolved with effect from 2 August 2007.
