1. The appeals filed by TM, TESB, Celcom and TRI (“TM Group”) against the decision of the Senior Assistant Registrar on TM Group’s application to strike out the Amended Counterclaim of TSDTR are fixed for hearing before the High Court on 27 November 2007.
2. The solicitors for TM Group have duly served the sealed copy of the notices of appeal on the solicitors for TSDTR.
TM will make further announcement of any material development on this matter from time to time.
