Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") wishes to announce that the Learned Judge of the High Court has allowed with costs the appeal by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Celcom, on the application to strike out the Statement of Claim by Dato' Saizo against Celcom and Kamsani on the basis that the suit discloses no reasonable cause of action or alternatively is scandalous, frivolous or vexatious and/or is otherwise an abuse of the process of the Court.
