LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 49509 OF 2008

In respect of the proposed demerger of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) group of companies and the subsequent listing of the entire issue and paid up ordinary share capital of TM International Berhad (TMI) on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Bursa Malaysia Securities announces that the reference price for trading of these counters have been set as listed in the table below.

Both counters will have a set trading limit down of 30% and limit up of 400%, which is only applicable for the trading dates as listed below.

The reference price for TMI is calculated by subtracting the TM reference price from the closing of TM share price on the last day of cum entitlement trading (22 April 2008), to ensure that the position of the shareholders of TM is the same before and after the proposed demerger.

The above prices are used as reference guide prices only to facilitate trading in TM and TMI shares respectively. In considering whether to invest in TM or TMI shares, if investors are in any doubt, they should consult their stockbroker or other professional advisers prior to making the investment.

TM will remain as a component stock in the KLCI. TMI will be considered for inclusion in the KLCI after one month of listing if its market capitalisation is more than 1.0% of the full market capitalisation of the Main Board; and the volume traded for the month is ranked within the top 75% band among all the companies on the Main Board.
