We wish to announce that all Conditions Precedent as set out in the Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into with Pernec Corporation Berhad on 14 August 2007 have been complied with and the abovementioned disposal is now completed. Henceforth, TM Payphone Sdn Bhd shall ceased to be a subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad with effect from today. This announcement is dated 31 December 2007. |
