Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") refers to its announcement dated 3 June 2011 on the above matter.
TM wishes to announce that our wholly-owned subsidiary, Telekom Multi-Media Sdn Bhd as the Vendor, has agreed to grant Digital Technologies Sdn Bhd ("the Purchaser") further extension of 14 days until 1 August 2011 for them to make settlement of the balance of the purchase price for the Sale Shares. As such, the completion date for the Sale of Shares Agreement has been extended to 1 August 2011.
