We refer to our announcements dated 2, 3 and 6 December 2010 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Previous Announcements”).
TM is pleased to announce that TEMSB has completed the bookbuilding exercise of Axiata Shares on 26 July 2011 (“Placement”). 92,362,000 Axiata Shares have been placed to successful third-party foreign institutional investors under the Placement at a price of RM5.07 per Axiata Share and raised gross proceeds of RM468.3 million. Accordingly, the balance Axiata Shares held by TEMSB after the Placement is 807 shares (“Balance Sale Shares”). We wish to highlight that TEMSB may dispose of the Balance Sale Shares via open market disposal(s). This announcement is dated 26 July 2011. |
