Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) refers to its announcements dated 3 June 2011 and 18 July 2011 on the above matter.
TM wishes to announce that upon request from Digital Technologies Sdn. Bhd. (“the Purchaser”), our wholly-owned subsidiary, Telekom Multi-Media Sdn. Bhd. as the Vendor, has agreed to further extend the period for the Purchaser to make settlement of the balance of the purchase price for the Sale Shares for another 25 days from 1 August 2011. As such, the new completion date for the Sale of Share Agreement is further extended to 26 August 2011. Dated this 1 August 2011. |
