Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcements dated 5 January, 7 January, 21 January, 23 February and 30 June 2011 on the above matter.
We wish to announce that on 10 August 2011, TM’s solicitors had been served with a Notice of Appeal dated 29 July 2011 from the solicitors of AINB Tech (M) Sdn Bhd (“AINB”). The appeal was against the judgment of the High Court dated 30 June 2011 for the dismissal of AINB’s entire legal suit with cost. The Court of Appeal has fixed 23 August 2011 as the case management date for AINB’s appeal above stated. TM will make further announcement on any material development on this matter from time to time. This announcement is dated 11 August 2011. |
