Contents We refer to our previous announcement dated 20 October 2008.
We wish to announce that the appeal filed by TM and TESB against the decision of the Senior Assistant Registrar on TSDTR’s application to re-amend his Amended Counterclaim and join 8 present or former Directors and officers of TM and TESB and 6 others as defendants is fixed for hearing before the High Court on 25 November 2008.

TM will make further announcement of any material development on this matter from time to time.
