Subject	UPDATES IN RELATION TO THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) AND MEMORANDUM OF COLLABORATION (“MOC”) ENTERED INTO BY TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD (“TM”)
Contents	Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28, Chapter 9 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements, TM wishes to provide updates in relation to the following MOU and MOC entered into by the Company:-

MOU between TM and Iskandar Regional Development Authority (“IRDA”) dated 13 May 2008

Under the terms of the MOU, TM is currently deploying and implementing the telecommunications infrastructure, particularly the broadband infrastructure in the identified areas within the Iskandar Malaysia region. TM has also been supporting IRDA in major events to promote Iskandar Malaysia to potential investors.

There has been no material change to the MOU or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOU.

MOC between TM and UEM Land Berhad dated 3 July 2008

TM has spent a total of RM3.5 Million to date since the signing of the MOC to develop a new telecommunications infrastructure in Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia region and would continue to develop and implement the required infrastructure in the identified areas within the region. Nusajaya has been targeted by TM as the key area for full HSBB deployment.

There has been no material change to the MOC or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOC.
