On behalf of TM, we wish to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur had, on 21 January 2009, granted an order confirming the Proposal (“Court Order”). All required approvals for the Proposal have been obtained. The Proposal will be effected on the lodgment of an office copy of the Court Order with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. This announcement is dated 21 January 2009. |
