TM wishes to announce that on 1 August 2012, Network Guidance (M) Sdn Bhd (now known as Fine TV Sdn Bhd) (“NGSB”) has filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the High Court on 2 July 2012 to dismiss NGSB’s claim against TM and TM Net Sdn Bhd with costs.

TM will make further announcement on any material development of the appeal from time to time.
