| Contents | Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcement dated 29 July 2008 whereby it was announced that TM, TESB and TM’s former directors through their solicitors have been served with a sealed copy of the Writ of Summons in the Suit. The High Court has today granted an interim stay of all the proceedings in the Originating Summons filed by Mohd Shuaib Ishak against Celcom in the Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No: D5-24-22-2008 and all proceedings in the Suit until 19 September 2008 on which date the High Court will decide on the Stay Application pending the Appeal filed by Celcom on 9 July 2008. A further announcement will be made on any material development of the Suit. |
