On behalf of TM, we wish to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had, through its letter dated 16 February 2009, advised VADS that the entire issued and paid-up share capital of VADS will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 19 February 2009, pursuant to paragraph 8.15(6) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 17 February 2009. |
