Contents	Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcement dated 27 March 2009 in which it was announced that the Court of Appeal had allowed Celcom’s appeal and set aside the Order of the High Court dated 9 July 2008 [granting Mohd Shuaib Ishak ("MSI") leave to bring the Suit (as defined in TM's announcement dated 29 July 2008) against TM, its wholly owned subsidiary Telekom Enterprise Sdn Bhd and 19 others in Celcom's name under Section 181A(1) of the Companies Act 1965], with costs. TM wishes to announce that Celcom has today been notified by the Registry of the Federal Court that MSI had on 23 April 2009 filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal, and that the same is fixed for case management on 11 May 2009 in order to fix a date for hearing. A further announcement will be made on any material development. This announcement is dated 29 April 2009.
