Contents	Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcement dated 1 August 2008 whereby it was announced that the High Court had on that day granted an interim stay of all proceedings in the Originating Summons filed by Mohd Shuaib Ishak against Celcom in the Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No: D5-24-22-2008 and all proceedings in the Suit until 19 September 2008 on which date the High Court will decide on the Stay Application pending the Appeal filed by Celcom on 9 July 2008. The High Court has today granted a stay of all proceedings in the Originating Summons filed by Mohd Shuaib Ishak against Celcom in the Kuala Lumpur High Court Civil Suit No: D5-24-22-2008 and all proceedings in the Suit pending the Appeal filed by Celcom on 9 July 2008. The Court of Appeal has yet to fix the hearing date for Celcom’s Appeal. A further announcement will be made on any material development of the Suit. This announcement is dated 19 September 2008.
