Subject	LEGAL ACTION BY WAY OF COUNTERCLAIM BY TAN SRI DATO’ TAJUDDIN RAMLI (“TSDTR”) AGAINST TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD (“TM”) AND ITS SUBSIDIARY, TELEKOM ENTERPRISE SDN BHD (“TESB”) AND 36 OTHERS
Contents	Further to our announcement dated 12 November 2009, TM wishes to announce that on 4 December 2009, TSDTR had filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against – i. the High Court’s decision in allowing TM and TESB’s (“TM Group”) appeal against the decision of the Senior Assistant Registrar (“SAR”) in allowing the re-amendment of TSDTR’s Amended Counterclaim and joinder of 8 present or former Directors and officers of TM Group as defendants to the Amended Counterclaim of TSDTR; and ii. the High Court’s decision in allowing TM Group’s appeal against the decision of the SAR in dismissing TM Group’s application to strike-out the Amended Counterclaim of TSDTR. TM will make a further announcement of any material development on this matter from time to time.
