Subject EXTENSION OF MEMORANDUM OF COLLABORATION BETWEEN TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD AND UEM LAND BERHAD
Contents We refer to our announcement dated 3 July 2008 (Reference No: TM-080703-55090) in respect of the Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) entered into between Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) and UEM Land Berhad (UEML) for the planning, development, operation and maintenance of the telecommunications infrastructure and provisioning of telecommunications services in Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia.
We wish to inform the Exchange that TM and UEML have mutually agreed to extend the MOC to an additional period of one (1) year commencing from 3 July 2009 until 2 July 2010. The original terms of the MOC shall remain unchanged.
This announcement is dated 3rd July 2009.
