Subject	UPDATES IN RELATION TO THE AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BY TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD (“TM”) IN ISKANDAR MALAYSIA
Contents	Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29, Chapter 9 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, TM wish to provide updates in relation to the following Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) entered into by the Company:-
MOU with Iskandar Regional Development Authority TM is continuing the deployment and implementation of the telecommunications infrastructure, particularly the broadband infrastructure in the identified areas within the Iskandar Malaysia region. There has been no material change to the MOU or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOU. MOC with UEM Land Berhad Following the extension of the duration of the MOC to an additional one (1) year on 3 July 2009, TM continues to develop and implement the required infrastructure in the identified areas within the Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia region. There has been no material change to the MOC or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOC. This announcement is dated 21 August 2009.
