We refer to our announcement dated 11 October 2010 (Reference No. TM-101007-37613) in relation to the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of TM SPV Sdn Bhd (“TM SPV”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad.
We wish to announce that the Final Meeting for the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of TM SPV was duly held on 29 December 2011. Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965, TM SPV would be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Form 69 i.e. Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting, with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) and Official Receiver. The Form 69 of TM SPV was duly lodged with CCM on 30 December 2011. As such, TM SPV would be dissolved effective from 29 March 2012. This announcement is dated 30 December 2011. |
