Contents	Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcements dated 12 August 2009 and 14 August 2009.
TM and TM Net Sdn Bhd’s (“TM Net”) solicitors have on 13 October 2009 been served with an Amended Statement of Claim (“Amended Claim”) by Network Guidance Sdn Bhd’s (“NGSB”) solicitors. The Amended Claim essentially entails a quantification of NGSB’s claim for Aggravated Damages and Exemplary Damages. NGSB have quantified their claim for Aggravated Damages at RM200,000,000.00 and Exemplary Damages at RM200,000,000.00. TM will make further announcement on any material development.
