Subject	LEGAL ACTION BY WAY OF COUNTERCLAIM BY TAN SRI DATO’ TAJUDDIN RAMLI (“TSDTR”) AGAINST TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD (“TM”) AND ITS SUBSIDIARY, TELEKOM ENTERPRISE SDN BHD (“TESB”) AND 36 OTHERS
Contents	Further to our announcements dated 7 September 2007 and 20 October 2008, TM wishes to announce that today, the High Court has allowed TM and TESB’s (“TM Group”) appeal with costs against the decision of the Senior Assistant Registrar in allowing the re-amendment of TSDTR’s Amended Counterclaim and joinder of 8 present or former Directors and officers of TM Group. Further, the High Court has also allowed TM Group’s appeal with costs against the decision of the Senior Assistant Registrar in dismissing TM Group’s application to strike-out the Amended Counterclaim of TSDTR. Following the above stated decisions, TSDTR’s Amended Counterclaim against TM Group is struck-out and the 8 present or former Directors and officers of TM Group are no longer parties to TSDTR’s Amended Counterclaim. TM will make a further announcement of any material development on this matter from time to time.
