Subject	UPDATES IN RELATION TO THE AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BY TELEKOM MALAYSIA BERHAD (“TM”) IN ISKANDAR MALAYSIA
Contents	Pursuant to Paragraph 9.29, Chapter 9 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, TM wish to provide updates in relation to the following Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) entered into by the Company:-
MOU with Iskandar Regional Development Authority TM is continuing the deployment and implementation of the telecommunications infrastructure, particularly the broadband infrastructure in the identified areas within the Iskandar Malaysia region. TM has also commenced the roll-out of High Speed Broadband (HSBB) in Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia. There has been no material change to the MOU or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOU. MOC with UEM Land Berhad (UEML) TM is continuing the deployment and implementation of the HSBB infrastructure in Nusajaya. In collaboration with UEML, TM has successfully established new HSBB showcase in show villa in East Ledang, Nusajaya. There has been no material change to the MOC or any subsequent agreement arising from the MOC. This announcement is dated 22 February 2010.
