| Contents | On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, we wish to inform that TM will be seeking its shareholders’ approval for the following proposals at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be convened on a date to be announced later: (a) Proposed renewal of the shareholders’ mandate for TM and/or its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and (b) Proposed amendments to the Company's Articles of Association (collectively referred to as the “Proposals”). TM will despatch a circular setting out the details of the Proposals to its shareholders in due course . This announcement is dated 22 February 2010. |
