| Contents | Further to Telekom Malaysia Berhad’s (“TM”) announcement on 17 November 2009, TM wishes to announce that, for the purposes of facilitating the successful completion of the tender offer, it is extending the expiration date of the Invitation to Tender by two (2) days from 4pm, London time on November 30, 2009 to 4pm, London time on December 2, 2009. Accordingly, the Price Determination Date will be correspondingly extended to at or around 2pm, London time December 3, 2009. All other terms of the Invitation to Tender remain unchanged. Further announcement will be made upon completion of the exercise. This announcement is dated 30 November 2009. |
