Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcement dated 31 October 2014. TM wishes to announce that Menara Intan Langkawi Sdn Bhd (“MILSB”) has, on 12 November 2014, filed an appeal against the decision of the High Court, which had dismissed MILSB’s claim and awarded the cost of RM50,000.00 in favour of TM Facilities Sdn Bhd.The said Notice of Appeal was served to TM’s solicitors on 14 November 2014 and TM was notified on the service of Notice today. TM shall make further announcement if there are any material development in respect of this matter. This announcement is dated 19 November 2014. |
