We refer to our announcement dated 25 November 2011 (Reference No. TM-111125-53298) in relation to the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of Mediatel (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Mediatel”), a subsidiary of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) held via Tekad Mercu Berhad.

We wish to announce that the Final Meeting for the Members’ Voluntary Winding-up of Mediatel was duly held on 27 February 2015. Pursuant to Section 272(5) of the Companies Act, 1965, Mediatel would be dissolved upon the expiry of three (3) months after the lodgement of the Form 69 i.e. Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting, with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) and Official Receiver.

The Form 69 of Mediatel was duly lodged with CCM on 2 March 2015. As such, Mediatel would be dissolved effectively from 1 June 2015.
