| Description | TM COLLABORATES WITH REDTONE ON HSBB SERVICES |

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ("TM") is pleased to announce that it has today signed a High Speed Broadband ("HSBB") agreement for delivery of HSBB services with REDtone Marketing Sdn Bhd ("REDtone").
The agreement is for a period of 5 years. The estimated value of the proposed transaction will be dependent on the actual order from REDtone which is not expected to have any material impact on TM Group for the current financial year ending 31 December 2012. Under the agreement, TM will be providing the HSBB (Access) and HSBB (Transmission) services to REDtone and REDtone will have access to all 1.3 million premises covered by the HSBB services nationwide. TM wishes to inform that none of the Directors and major shareholders of TM as well as persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the transaction. This is a voluntary announcement under Paragraph 10.05(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The media release in relation to the said agreement is attached.
