Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) refers to its previous announcements dated 5 January, 7 January, 21 January, 23 February, 30 June and 11 August 2011 on the above matter.
AINB Tech (M) Sdn Bhd (“AINB”) filed a Notice of Appeal dated 29 July 2011 to the Court of Appeal against the judgment of the High Court dated 30 June 2011 which dismissed AINB’s entire legal suit with cost. We wish to announce that on 22 March 2012, the Court of Appeal has struck out the above stated appeal by AINB. TM will make further announcement on any material development on this matter from time to time. This announcement is dated 23 March 2012. |
