On 26 February 2015, the Board of Directors of Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) had proposed a final single tier dividend of RM0.134 per ordinary share of RM0.70 each in TM (“Share”) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2014 (“Final Dividend”). The Board has also determined that the DRS will be applicable to the entire Final Dividend.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of TM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the listing of and quotation for the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend has been submitted today.
